Elite Amateur Registration
- Elite Amateurs will go off with the pro wave.
- Elite Amateurs are eligible for the prize purse. Amateurs not competing in the elite category are not eligible for the prize purse. Similarly, elite amateurs are not eligible for age-group awards.
- If you are not sure if you should race as an elite amateur please contact us and we can help place you in the correct category.
Pro Registration
- Pros must pay the $85 registration fee, however they will be completely refunded after they show up for the event and compete. This is to prevent no-shows that we have had in the past. The only way to receive a refund is to compete. Refunds will not be given due to sickness, illness, etc. Only athletes holding their Elite Triathlon License ("pro card") are eligible for this offer. Amateurs competing in the elite amateur division will not be reimbursed for competing.
Prize Money
- $1200 prize purse
- 1st - $300
- 2nd - $200
- 3rd - $100
- Prize money is for men and women (i.e. the first place male gets $300 and the first place female gets $300)
- Pros and elite amateurs are eligible for the prize money.
- Only those racing in the elite/pro wave are eligible for prize money.
