Age Group Basics

• Per USAT requirements, age groups will be divided into: 19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+
• Awards will be presented to the top male and female athletes in the following groups: 19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+
• Per USA Triathlon rules, a competitor's "race age" is her age on December 31st 2011.
• If you consistently finish near the top of your age group you should consider entering the elite amateur division. Please contact us if you are interested.
• Per USA Triathlon requirements, all competitors in the Littlefoot Triathlon must have a USAT license. An annual license can be purchased for $45 online at USA Triathlon.
• One day licenses are also available for $12. These can be purchased when registering for the Littlefoot Triathlon.
• USAT members must present their membership card at packet pick-up along with a valid photo ID. If a member is unable to present his membership card he will be required to purchase a one day license.
